Character Background
Lila West is introduced in Season 2 as a mysterious and free-spirited artist who becomes Dexter Morgan's Narcotics Anonymous sponsor. While she initially seems like a helpful influence, she is later revealed to be manipulative, obsessive, and dangerously unstable.
